Fall Vibes: New Seasonal Menu at Sense of Coffee
Autumn reached the menu at Sense of Coffee in Parque das Nações: three seasonal dishes built around pumpkin, slow-cooked turkey and sous-vide beef. They run alongside the regular menu while the season lasts.
1. Pumpkin Cream Soup with Shrimp
Pumpkin blended with coconut milk and a little cinnamon; on top, shrimp fried in teriyaki. Without the shrimp it happens to be fully vegan, so one soup covers both camps.
What’s in it:
- Pumpkin, carrot and onion, simmered soft.
- Coconut milk for the texture.
- Cinnamon, in a quantity you notice but don’t name.
- Teriyaki-fried shrimp — optional.
Goes with: the batch filter. Its softer profile doesn’t argue with the spices.
Price: €12 with shrimp / €9 vegan.

2. Turkey Tacos
A corn tortilla with pulled turkey, guacamole and fresh vegetables. The turkey is baked slowly until it comes apart on its own; the sauce is sweet chili and teriyaki with cilantro, green onion, sesame and celery.
What’s in it:
- Corn tortilla, warmed.
- Guacamole from ripe avocados.
- Cucumber and radish.
- Slow-baked pulled turkey.
- Cilantro and green onion.
Goes with: cappuccino, or the pumpkin latte if you want the season in both hands.
Price: €11.

3. Sous-Vide Beef with Truffle Mash
The most substantial of the three: beef cooked sous-vide at low temperature, a pepper sauce, and mashed potatoes with truffle oil. Closer to dinner than to brunch, which in November feels right.
What’s in it:
- Sous-vide beef.
- Pepper sauce.
- Truffle mashed potatoes.
Price: €18.
