Who we are

sense-of-coffee.com and the Sense of Coffee cafés in Lisbon are operated by FOODIE WANDERER - LDA (NIPC 517905256), Rua das Musas 17, 1.º direito, 1990-167 Lisboa, Portugal. For anything in this policy, write to sensesofcoffee@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

Anonymous site statistics. Our own counter records which pages are opened, a random session identifier, the interface language and the referring page. We deliberately do not record IP addresses in these statistics and cannot identify you from them; they only help us improve the menu and the site.

Analytics and advertising cookies — only with your consent. If you press “Accept” on the cookie banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads (Consent Mode v2 — everything stays off until you agree) and Yandex Metrica start working. If you choose “Only necessary”, the site works fully without them. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies.

Contact form. The name, email and message you send are used only to reply to you. They are delivered to our team’s messenger and are not used for marketing.

Loyalty programme. When you create a digital card at app.sense-of-coffee.com, we process the details you enter to issue and update your pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Email us to delete the card and its data.

Technical server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser signature) are kept briefly on a rotating basis for security and troubleshooting.

Who else processes data

Google (analytics and ads, only after consent), Yandex (analytics, only after consent), Apple and Google (wallet passes), our hosting provider, and Telegram (delivery of contact-form messages to our staff). We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — just email sensesofcoffee@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
